He reviews current business performance with a view to implementing
best practices to maximise the business financial performance
and compares actual performances against published benchmarks,
setting strategies, with owners, for continuous improvement.
He is a home grown product, having joined the firm in 1984,
as an undergraduate accountant. He's a strong believer in
promoting talent from within a business.

- Married with two sons (aged seventeen and eleven) and one daughter (aged thirteen)
