In addition to our values we participate in various social activities which create a fun, friendly, supportive, flexible, team environment.

We have a firm meeting followed by socialising on a regular basis, we have BBQ's on our balcony on a regular basis, we have morning teas for employees birthdays and ad hoc lunches from time to time.

Our staff organize and get involved in various events outside of work hours including; the Bridge to Brisbane Fun Run, casual running for fitness, Netball teams, Football teams etc.

We have a number of our employees who run a social club and they do a wonderful job in organizing events such as BBQ's, birthday celebrations for employees, Melbourne Cup Day events and the 30th June Party!

We offer flexibility to our staff as part of the culture in recognition of the need for staff to enjoy a balanced lifestyle. There is an expectation on staff to be professional and get the job done but working excessive business hours and weekends is not part of our culture. We offer part time hours and flexible start and finish times where we can.
