Graduates
We have a firm meeting followed by socialising on a regular basis, we have BBQ's on our balcony on a
regular basis, we have morning teas for employees birthdays and ad hoc lunches from time to time.
We provide support to our staff who wish to continue their professional development through the studying of the CA program, CPA program or other relevant qualifications.
We provide financial support, paid study and exam leave and an internal network of people you can call upon.
We encourage participation and contribution through open communication and exchange of ideas. O
ur open door policy means employees can approach Manager or Directors for advice.
We look for a variety of attributes in Graduates. We value strong technical abilities demonstrated by academic achievement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
good worth ethic, ability to work as part of a team, alignment with our culture and values.
Vacation Students
Our vacation program is designed to give students the opportunity to kick-start their
accounting career and experience first hand who we are and what we do. Upon successful completion of the vacation program,
students may be offered a graduate position following the completion of their degree.
Vacation students get exposure to and involvement in things such as tax returns, financial statements and other work similar to that of a Graduate or Undergraduate
working with us. Most importantly students will experience working with a team of professional accountants.
We offer support during the vacation period and allocate a buddy / mentor to ensure you are
exposed to as much of the work and work environment as possible.
